Birch Tree Removal
Over the last several years, the community’s landscapers & Arborist have been monitoring the condition of our trees including two birch trees within our courtyard side of the building. These trees have been treated for borer disease and pruned back to keep them healthy. As per the advice of our experts the board has made the decision to remove these trees on April 26th & 27th due to the poor health conditions and the most recent snowstorm which left severe damage as seen below. Moving your vehicle if near a tree would be greatly appreciated in assisting our professional arborist.

Gutter Cleaning
Due to the recent complete overhaul of a new gutter & downspout system finished in early 2019 along with the renewal of arborist work the community will only have gutter cleaning once this year in fall 2019!
Moss Control: Mulch & Woodchips
To cut down on soil erosion and moss issues we have added mulch with a layer of cedar woodchips to bring vibrant color to the facade of the community.
Brick Moss Control
We have had soft wash treatment moss removal along the front brick fence & both carports!
There's still a little more to go, yet moss removal parallel with recent pressure washing has brightened up the community!
Surface level moss was removed just behind the brick fence.
