A 30 Unit Condo Community governed by a Homeowner’s Association in the heart of St Johns located in Portland, Oregon. Originally built in 1962 as the Ace Court Apartments, the building underwent slight revisions during the 1980s while fully converting to privately owned condos in 2006. A major rehabilitation replaced roughly 40% of the building which consisted of an entire brand new envelope, i.e. roof, siding, doors, and windows, all weatherized up to modern standards. Additionally, intake pressurized plumbing pipes were replaced along with several areas of previously rotted framing.

The current Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors operates the common elements of the building with great care and attention to detail. The Board works to ensure long-term capital maintenance plans and contingencies are built in place to protect the best interest of each homeowner within the membership.
